Scalpers
Lone Star Enterprises builds various sizes of gravity and power scalpers.
As an inexpensive way to protect your mill from foreign material such as rocks and other debris from getting to your mill, we include this option with all new mill orders. It cannot remove all the debris, but will remove most damaging foreign material before it reaches your mill.
Power scalpers will do a much better job of cleaning debris from your product by using a drag system over the top of a screen. It drags the debris accross the screen and out of the scalper alowing only product to fall through.
Automation
Lone Star Enterprises offers panels that keep your mill running at full capacity with auto shutdown on over amperage situations for computerized feed mill facilities, as well as small panels for farm based setups.
Magnets
Magnets are built into every new mill built. Magnet boxes and scalpers with plate magnets mounted in them are also available.
Stands
Stands with augers or transitions built in can be built to fit the installation needs required.

Heavy solid white cast rollers for all your Roller Mills and Roller Grinders.
Hollow steel rolls are also available for your Automatic, Henke, or Buffalo type machines.
